About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our boutique at Bluewater, working closely with our Store Manager and Country Manager to drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Promote a high-performance culture by working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store goals and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a luxury service mindset and embody the Company brand values at all times, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and Mentor Team Members: Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve store goals, and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Support the Boutique Manager in managing the store's daily operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, recruitment, training, HR, and compliance.
  • Commercial Acumen: Provide commercial suggestions and solutions to address underperformance in sales, using innovative ideas and initiative.
  • Store Administration: Demonstrate excellent store administration and organizational skills, ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique.
  • Customer Focus: Have a passion for consumers and making memorable experiences within a retail background, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act with purpose to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Community Building: Cultivate a community within the boutique, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Approach all issues with a 'can-do' attitude, making informed decisions to find in-store solutions.
Selection Process

The selection process will consist of three stages:

  • 1st Stage: An introductory call with our Talent team to discuss the role and your qualifications.
  • 2nd Stage: An in-person interview with the Store Manager and Country Manager.
  • 3rd Stage: A final interview with the Store Manager and Country Manager, which may include a short assessment or task.
