Assistant Boutique Manager

As a key member of our boutique team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a culture of excellence within our luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a high-performance culture by collaborating with your team and setting clear expectations.
- Encourage continuous learning and development opportunities to drive business growth.
- Support the Boutique Manager in daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, recruitment, training, and HR.
- Motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals.
- Manage your own sales pipeline to contribute to the boutique's commercial success.
- Partner with the Store Manager to identify and address underperformance in sales through innovative solutions.
- Act as an escalation point for customer concerns and queries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Embody the luxury service and brand values at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent store administration and organizational skills.
- A passion for delivering memorable customer experiences within a retail environment.
- Previous people management experience and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Effective communication skills to cultivate a community within the boutique.
- A collaborative mindset to drive business success.
