About the RoleWe're looking for a talented and driven individual who has prior experience in executing high-quality video edits across multiple platforms. Your role will involve working closely with our creative and content teams to create engaging, platform-specific edits for social media, digital campaigns, and web.
Key Responsibilities- Edit a variety of video content for clients across entertainment, fashion, e-commerce, tech, gaming, and sports sectors.

- Develop a deep understanding of the client's vision and story to translate it into compelling video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all video content.
- Organise and manage video assets, ensuring seamless post-production workflow, from editing to final delivery.
- Add motion graphics, captions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling, as needed.
- Stay updated on video trends, techniques, and best practices across different social media and digital platforms.
- Ensure all videos meet platform-specific requirements in terms of format, resolution, and length.
- Provide suggestions and creative input during planning phases for future shoots and campaigns.
- Must be fun & nice - we like fun & nice people.
- Must be hungry (to learn, progress, and win), not for food - if you're hungry for food, we can send care packages.
- Must have a keen eye for storytelling through video, with attention to detail and a passion for creating compelling visuals.
- Experience as a Video Editor or a similar role in a digital marketing agency or production house.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software.
- Familiarity with video requirements for social media platforms like X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and post-production workflows.
- Strong knowledge of the creator economy and social media trends.
- Hybrid Working: We operate within a culture of trust. You have autonomy. Work from home or the office. Just make sure this doesn't impact upon the extremely high standards we have We ask that you're in the office at least 2 days per week to have facetime with the team
- Flexi-hours: Our hours are 9am - 6pm but, providing you're available for calls and meetings as necessary, when you work those is up to you We do ask that you are online and available between 10am - 4pm consistently though.
- Holiday: We give 25 days annual leave on top of public holidays We also give you your Birthday off because… well, it's your Birthday Eat some cake.
