**The Role**

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Video Editor to join our fast-growing, exciting and dynamic Creative Team in Manchester. The position is perfect for anybody with a highly creative vision and a passion for social media, emerging platforms and viral content wanting to establish themselves within the fashion industry. You must live on social media, obsess over fashion and have a good knowledge of competitors. You will work directly with the Social Media, Marketing team and Creative Teams to edit and develop unique and engaging concepts, content for all social media platforms.

With impeccable organisation skills and a wealth of video editing experience with a keen eye for detail, you will bring enthusiasm and energy to our creative team, whilst upholding ‘Best in Class’ standards and processes to fine tune processes as you see fit. You will have exemplary communication skills which can build lasting relationships with Third Parties, Stakeholders (Internal & External) and Key Industry Figures alike.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Editing all video assets for TikTok, Reels and Stories reacting to emerging trends quickly to guarantee engagement.
- Develop unique and engaging concepts and briefs that expand on our Campaign premise to further roll out the narrative across all video-led social platforms including sounds, text and motion graphics/animation.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for search and user experience for all content channels, including social media, mobile, video, especially short-form content.
- Create paid ads, social teasers, Input music, graphics and effects to existing videos with a knowledge of how social media algorithms work in order to guarantee the best engagement.
- Inputting ideas into our campaign and content planning meetings for social media and campaign shoots and helping to brief and direct content creators.
- Ability to help plan content for social media channels including TikTok, Reels, Paid Social Ads and Viral content.
- Highly organised, and delivery focused to ensure brief is fully delivered and relevant teams are communicated to.
- General housekeeping of all video files and video content within Dropbox

**Requirements**:

- You have a genuine passion and creative flair for social media
- You have a good understanding of brand and a critical eye with attention for detail
- You are an ideas person
- enthusiastic, self-directed and full of creative energy
- Experienced in creating social media videos from apps and iphone.
- Excellent research skills to pinpoint new and emerging trends first
- jumping on them before anyone else
- Strong communication (both verbal & written) & interpersonal skills and an ability to direct all creatives on set where needed.
- Self-motivated, detail-focused and can drive collaborative success.
- Encourage collaborative behaviours and flourish when working with highly creative and productive teams in all environments.
- A passion for fashion campaigns, social channels and trends.
- Able to display autonomy and confidence within the team by ensuring all projects are tracked, communicated, and running efficiently.
- Ability to make sound decisions, focus on detail, and a proactive problem solver who can think and act on their feet.
- Able to respond to last minute changes and requests gracefully, as working with many different personalities will require patience and diplomacy.
- Strong organisational skills.
