Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team in driving organisational efficiency to deliver a world-class service to customers globally.
- Document processes and systems, and implement them across the business.
- Identify and implement new technology to improve the working environment operationally.
- Work closely with all departments to identify and improve business processes.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team on budgets and forecasts to ensure optimal performance.
- Resource and people planning to ensure the company has the correct resources available at the optimal time.
- Plan product launches and deliveries globally.
- Deliver new projects on time and on budget.
- Lead monthly team meetings across the business.
- Plan weekly and monthly work schedules to ensure efficient allocation of resources and identify shortfalls.
- Educated to a degree level in a construction-related field.
- 2-4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and quickly identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and prioritise.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- CSR/CSCS card.
