About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Lawyer to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our Construction Team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to our clients on a range of construction issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act for FTSE 100 and local clients on non-contentious construction work, including commercial buildings, civil and process plant engineering, energy, infrastructure, and utilities.
  • Assist in the drafting of and advising clients on construction issues and documentation, including consultant appointments, warranties, construction and development contracts.
  • Work closely with the team to find innovative solutions and provide the best service possible to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
  • Contribute to the success and development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive excellence.
Requirements
  • At least 12 months + experience within construction law, seeking a new challenge with a non-contentious focus.
  • Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a drive to develop professionally.
  • A willingness to contribute to the success and development of the team.
  • An ability to deliver concise and practical legal advice.
  • Exceptional newly qualified candidates will also be considered.
