Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Business Development Manager Fixing Systems to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships with M&E contractors, main and sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
* Nurture existing relationships with clients to increase sales revenue
* Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients, distributors, and sales team
* Monitor ongoing projects to ensure no sales opportunities are missed
* Deal with all enquiries via telephone and email
* Offer technical support to clients, distributors, and sales team
Requirements:
* 3+ years sales experience within construction
* Experience selling fixings, fastenings, support systems, tools, plastic ducting systems, or anything else related beneficial but not essential
* Proactive, initiative, think on your feet approach
* Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
* Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
* Highly organised with good time management and administrative skills
* Computer and Microsoft Office literacy
