Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Darwin Escapes as a Housekeeper. This is a permanent position that requires flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and bank holidays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lodges and accommodation, ensuring a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with cleaning and preparing lodges for new guests
  • Change and restock bed linen and towels
  • Restock lodges with essentials and supplies
  • Perform deep cleans of accommodation as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventories of cleaning materials and products
  • Clean windows and other surfaces
  • Assist with laundry and linen services
  • Report any lost or found property to the reception team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • A positive work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  • A driving license and ability to drive (advantageous for easy travel to and from the resort)
