About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the South and South East region. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial crane services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial cranes and associated equipment
  • Conduct site assessments and provide technical recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer in the materials handling industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial cranes and associated equipment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
