Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer with Candy Hoover Group S.r.l., you will be responsible for visiting customers in their homes across Horsham and the surrounding areas to fix any appliance issues. You will manage your time effectively, keeping customers and colleagues updated on your progress and ensuring stock levels in your van are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting customers to diagnose and repair appliance issues
  • Managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs
  • Communicating with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining stock levels in your van to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:

  • A full, valid driving licence
  • Strong technical and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, and regularly engage hand dexterity and colour vision
