Community Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Community Development Advisor. As part of the Active Suffolk team, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining effective partnerships with key stakeholders to support the health and wellbeing of local communities in East Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure effective collaborative partnership working.
- Support the aims and objectives of the Waveney Physical Activity Working group to ensure the physical activity needs of the community are understood and developed.
- Work with a broad range of partners and sectors to ensure effective collaborative partnership working between Physical Activity key stakeholders.
- Develop key relationships in a whole systems place based approach to support the Health & Wellbeing of local communities in East Suffolk.
