About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining existing clients, prospecting new potential customers, and negotiating sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven and target-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
