About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team as a Relief Pharmacist in a community pharmacy setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and patient care, delivering expert advice and reassurance to our customers and patients.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Pharmacy Strategy: Provide expert care and advice to customers and patients, ensuring that our pharmacy services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  2. Accountability and Ethics: Make informed, legal, and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, ensuring that our customers and patients receive the best possible care.
  3. Team Development: Build the pharmacy capability of store teams, providing training and support to ensure that our customers and patients receive the best possible care.
  4. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure that our pharmacy services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  5. Professional Services: Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, including health checks, medication reviews, and disease management programs.
Requirements
  1. Registration: Be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  2. Expertise: Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
  3. Passion for Community Pharmacy: Have a genuine passion for community pharmacy and a commitment to providing the best possible care for our customers.
  4. Collaboration: Be a collaborative team player with a strong focus on customer and patient care.
  5. Knowledge and Skills: Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
