Pharmacist - Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team as a Relief Pharmacist in a community pharmacy setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and patient care, delivering expert advice and reassurance to our customers and patients.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver Pharmacy Strategy: Provide expert care and advice to customers and patients, ensuring that our pharmacy services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Accountability and Ethics: Make informed, legal, and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, ensuring that our customers and patients receive the best possible care.
- Team Development: Build the pharmacy capability of store teams, providing training and support to ensure that our customers and patients receive the best possible care.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure that our pharmacy services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Professional Services: Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, including health checks, medication reviews, and disease management programs.
- Registration: Be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
- Expertise: Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
- Passion for Community Pharmacy: Have a genuine passion for community pharmacy and a commitment to providing the best possible care for our customers.
- Collaboration: Be a collaborative team player with a strong focus on customer and patient care.
- Knowledge and Skills: Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
