We are seeking a highly motivated and organized EHCP Specialist Advisor to join our Curriculum Services team at Norwich City College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting students' journey throughout the College and into adulthood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and chair Annual Reviews meetings to ensure students receive the best possible support.
- Work closely with students, parents, and staff to develop and implement Education Health and Care Plans.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on EHCPs to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs on EHCPs.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to EHCPs.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of EHCPs and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
