We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in a large staff canteen serving breakfast and lunch to 1500 staff daily. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the leading of teams, offering high-quality food and service, and consistently striving to exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef, with a proven track record of drive, creative flair, and leadership skills. You will have experience working in a contract catering kitchen in a large staff canteen or high-end school, with a strong understanding of menu development, costings, stock control, compliance, and KPIs.

You will be a self-driven and passionate individual with excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop and train staff, and lead by example to ensure high standards are maintained. You will also have a professional and confident demeanor, with a strong understanding of the latest H&S guidelines and procedures.
