Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced AV Systems Installation Specialist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the execution of AV projects, ensuring that installations are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and execute technical drawings, schematics, and cable layouts for AV installations.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring that all installations align with the company's quality benchmarks.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to develop effective installation strategies.
  • Lead the setup of equipment and perform essential commissioning tasks.
  • Install a variety of AV equipment, including projectors, audio systems, video conferencing tools, and control systems, ensuring top-notch quality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client requirements and ensuring satisfaction with the installation process.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards throughout the installation process.
  • Maintain detailed records of installations and service reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, designers, and clients to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in AV technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an AV Installation Engineer or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and cable layouts.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for developing effective installation solutions.
  • Experience in setting up and commissioning AV equipment.
  • High standards of workmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards in AV installations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required to meet project demands.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel to client locations as necessary.
