Senior Paralegal Residential Conveyancing Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join our Residential Conveyancing team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take initial instructions from clients and manage files through our Office Management System.
  • Deal with client cases under supervision, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Liaise with clients through office meetings and telephone discussions, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Receive and issue correspondence, mail, and other communications from/to clients, agents, and third parties.
  • Accurately time record all work undertaken, maintaining high standards of productivity.
  • Report to and receive instructions from the head of department, adhering to Quality and Work Management Systems.
  • Achieve key performance indicator targets, development targets, and evaluate marketing of the team.
  • Attend training courses as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a busy Residential Conveyancing department, with a strong understanding of Lexcel accreditation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to support colleagues.
  • Familiarity with file reviews, CARs, and case/file management procedures.
