About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Andras Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service
  • Develop and implement menu planning, cost control, and inventory management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food hygiene
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering True Hospitality
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume hotel environment
  • Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate and NVQ Level 3 or above in Food Preparation and Cooking
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
