About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team at Park Hyatt London River Thames. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for planning and developing breakfast menus, managing inventory, and ensuring that breakfast items are prepared and served in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and developing breakfast menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and cater to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Manage inventory for breakfast ingredients, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately for morning service.
  • Work efficiently to prepare and serve breakfast items during peak morning hours, ensuring a high level of quality and service.
  • Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients in line with hotel budget guidelines.
  • Assist in training new colleagues on breakfast preparation techniques.

About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Breakfast Chef who possesses a deep understanding of breakfast cuisine and various cooking techniques. You will have a proven track record of working in a luxury hotel environment and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
