Care Home Nurse Job Opportunity

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Home Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Care Home Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
* Administer medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and company policy
* Ensure care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
* Report any ill-health amongst residents and request GP/professional visits as necessary

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

* Previous older people's care experience is desirable but not essential
* Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
* Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
* Excellent organisation and leadership skills
* Effective communication skills
* Flexible, professional, and committed to being the best
