Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Residential Property Assistant at a specialized legal firm. This firm has a well-established conveyancing department led by a highly regarded conveyancing Lawyer & Partner.

Role Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to assist a Senior Conveyancer with their caseload, which includes:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Equity releases
  • New builds
  • Right to buy
  • Other residential property transactions

You will be involved in all aspects of the process from initiation to completion. Experience with SDLT submissions, conducting land registry searches, drafting contracts, and regular client communication is essential.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be bright, enthusiastic, and possess excellent academic credentials, along with a strong drive to achieve results. A minimum of one year’s experience in a busy residential conveyancing environment is required.
