About the Role: Interaction Recruitment is pleased to present an opportunity for a part-time Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper to join a local organization on a temporary to permanent basis.

Working Hours: This position requires a commitment of 30 hours per week, spread over 5 days, with flexible working hours in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Sales and Purchase Ledgers
  • Oversight of Credit Control processes
  • Payroll processing and related tasks
  • Handling pension information
  • Conducting daily bank reconciliations
  • General accounting and administrative duties
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

Team Dynamics: The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a flexible approach to work.

Employment Terms: Initially, this role is offered on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position after a specified period, contingent on performance.

Candidate Requirements: All applicants should reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the office and be prepared to commence work promptly.
