Job Title: Care Planner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Care Planner to join our Peterborough team. As a Care Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring key business and compliance targets are met
  • Develop and implement effective shift rosters, including forward planning to ensure all clients have suitably allocated carers
  • Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Build strong relationships with carers and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in care planning and rostering
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of current market conditions and trends in the care industry
