Care Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in Peterborough. As a leading homecare provider, we deliver high-quality service to private clients. Our client is a prominent homecare provider with three branches, known for delivering high-quality service. They are ranked among the top 20 homecare groups in the country and are dedicated to providing excellent care to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate client care calls to carers, ensuring continuity at all times.
- Respond to short-term carer unavailability and emergency cover requests.
- Receive requests for domiciliary care referrals and liaise with the Registered Manager to organise care assessments.
- Hold on-call phone, 1 week in 3.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Care Coordinating experience.
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of care management software.
