Support Services Manager

Position: Support Coordinator
Location: Exeter, Devon
Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), on a rotating schedule.
Compensation: £12.61 per hour (£24,664 annually) along with excellent benefits including a Health Cash Plan.

Your Responsibilities:
- Developing personalized support plans in collaboration with clients and overseeing a dedicated team of Support Workers.
- Assisting clients with essential daily living tasks such as meal preparation, shopping, budgeting, and securing independent housing.
- Conducting risk assessments, formulating support strategies, setting goals, and performing regular evaluations.
- Engaging in meaningful conversations and building rapport with clients, ensuring ample time for collaboration with colleagues.
