About the Role

Talentwise Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Administrator to join their team as a New Business Assistant, supporting their conveyancing/property team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full support to the Property New Business Team
  • Prepare correspondence using a legal case management system
  • Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person
  • Open, close, store, and retrieve client files
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new business introducers
  • Guide clients with the initial first steps of their house move
  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch
  • Scan and photocopy paperwork/documents

Requirements

  • Previous legal administration experience within residential conveyancing
  • The ability to undertake searches, ID checks, and other work on conveyancing files
  • High levels of speed and accuracy
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
