Assistant Store Manager

FLANNELS, a luxury fashion destination for men and women, is seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximise Sales: Exceed sales targets and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Team Management: Motivate and manage the performance of the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Store Presentation: Maintain the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock in line with Head Office directives.
- Market Awareness: Maintain an awareness of current and market trends, understand forthcoming customer promotions, and monitor local competitors.
- Administrative Tasks: Ensure all paperwork, policies, and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately.
- Experience: Previous retail experience within the premium sector is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional people management skills, with strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and sales data.
- Brand Awareness: A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
- Competitive Salary: £31,101 per annum.
