Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all arriving guests, with particular attention to returning guests and VIPs, managing their luggage and personally escorting them to the Front Desk.
  • Assist departing guests with their luggage and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless travel arrangements.

Provide a friendly, efficient, and attentive service throughout the guests' stay, adhering to company standards.

  • Park vehicles for hotel guests and diners at Nobu London, following hotel procedures for charging and accurately recording the information.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in 4 or 5-star hotels.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • A proactive mindset with a self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to maintain composure under pressure while remaining guest-focused.
  • A collaborative spirit, demonstrating flexibility in assigned tasks.
  • Familiarity with London and its surroundings to assist guests effectively.
