Key Responsibilities:- Internal Recruitment Coordination:
- Secure internal approval for vacancies
- Craft job descriptions
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies
- Engage with internal and direct candidates
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage outcomes
- Extend job offers, gather onboarding documentation, and conduct reference checks
- HR Support:
- Deliver on-site induction training for new hires
- Oversee training and development initiatives
- Administer the Apprenticeship Levy Fund, supporting early-stage apprenticeships and enhancing staff qualifications
- Foster relationships with training providers
- Handle leaver and retirement processes
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and implement necessary policy changes
- Assist with disciplinary and grievance meetings
- Hold a professional HR qualification (CIPD preferred)
- Bring experience in internal HR and recruitment (essential)
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Be proficient in MS Office and HR systems
