NES Fircroft is a leading provider of workforce solutions to the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Onshore Project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from initiation to closure, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage a team of project coordinators and administrators to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality metrics.
- Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and reports, are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with the latest standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in project management, including experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of project coordinators and administrators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Proficient in English language.
