About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Lead Behaviour Support Worker. As a key member of our Learning Support team, you will play a vital role in shaping the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard new Learning Support Workers, providing a comprehensive induction to ensure a seamless integration into our community.
  • Oversee the performance and development of Learning Support Workers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of support for our students.
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Staff and the Transitions team to manage prospective students' initial assessment process.
  • Provide targeted interventions to support students' independence, wellbeing, and quality of life, informed by observation criteria and Team Around the Learner (TAL) meetings.
