Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled FX Dealer to join our dynamic team. As a regulated expert in currency markets, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients while leveraging our extensive suite of products, including FX Spot and Forwards, FX Options, and tailored structured offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive personal revenue growth and set a benchmark for performance within the team.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations while prioritizing client interests in all dealings.
- Generate and present regular performance reports and updates.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational workflows and processes.
- Engage with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to address client-related matters.
- Stay informed about market developments and regulatory changes, fostering a culture of compliance and high performance across the front office.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as an FX Dealer, particularly with FX Options.
  • A well-established client portfolio.
  • Fully FCA regulated.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • CF30 Qualified.


Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary ranging from 60K to 80K (dependent on experience) plus an attractive commission structure.
