About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Porter to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital, providing exceptional patient care and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transportation and Logistics: Safely transport patients, staff, and equipment throughout the hospital, ensuring a high level of care and attention to detail.
- Portering and Distribution: Provide a highly efficient and courteous portering and distribution service, ensuring that all departments receive the necessary supplies and equipment.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Collect and dispose of refuse, clean and dirty linen, and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hospital.
- Mail and Package Delivery: Sort, frank, and deliver mail and packages to the appropriate departments.
- Security and Access Control: Assist in maintaining the security and integrity of the hospital, including access control and monitoring.
- General Assistance: Provide general assistance to staff and patients, including arranging furniture and equipment, and delivering flowers and newspapers.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
