- Work effectively with challenging behaviors, using positive approaches and risk assessments to ensure the well-being of all individuals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- At least 6 months of relevant UK-based care experience working with children.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of child development, behavior management, and safeguarding principles.
