We are seeking a skilled Paraplanning Professional to join our team at Ortus PSR. As a key member of our Paraplanning Department, you will work closely with our Financial Planners to provide exceptional client service and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Client File Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Suitability Report Preparation:** Assist Financial Planners in preparing comprehensive suitability reports for clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • **Research and Analysis:** Conduct research on ad-hoc withdrawals of plans to assess suitability, providing valuable insights to our Financial Planners.
  • **Client Communication:** Act as a point of contact for nominated Financial Planners, ensuring seamless communication and regular updates on case progress.
  • **Client Management System:** Maintain accurate information within our Client Management System, ensuring efficient and effective client management.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in Paraplanning and crafting suitability reports for Pensions and Investments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
