Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing and communications strategy to align with the group's overall business objectives.

  • Align marketing strategies with the business objectives of each division and subsidiary.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communications materials.
  • Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns to increase market presence.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Oversee the group's digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Drive digital innovation and leverage data analytics to optimize marketing performance.
  • Develop and manage the group's internal and external communications strategies.
  • Manage crisis communications and safeguard the group's reputation.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and manage the marketing and communications budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in property marketing and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.
Working Hours:

Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm.

Once fully competent in the role and after successfully completing the probation period, hybrid working for one day per week will be available.
