Job Title: Fabricator / Welder


A leading manufacturing company, The Selection Partnership Ltd, is seeking a skilled Fabricator / Welder to join their team.

Role Overview:

  • Perform MIG & TIG welding of various metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, with thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 20mm.
  • Work from engineering drawings to ensure accurate and precise fabrication.
  • Design and create jigs to facilitate efficient production.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and optimize processes.
  • Apply finishing techniques to enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
