We are seeking an experienced and skilled Orthopaedic Scrub Team Manager to join our dynamic and growing Theatre Management team at Northampton General Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our 4 Theatre complex.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Clinical Excellence: Act as a clinical leader and role model for all staff, maintaining a visible presence and addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Leadership: Lead by example with drive and enthusiasm, responding appropriately to the needs of patients, families, and carers, and ensuring that high standards of care are maintained.
- People/Management Excellence: Work alongside and with other band 7 Managers within the theatre complex to ensure standards, safety, quality, and communication are optimal at all times.
- Recent substantial experience within theatres, with a strong background in management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence change and promote effective communication channels.
- Computer literate and able to work with various systems and software.
