About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our team at Great Fosters Hotel. As a key member of our Cocktail Bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are readily available.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the Cocktail Bar team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines, with the ability to make recommendations to guests.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
