About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mixologist to join our team at Great Fosters Hotel. As a key member of our Cocktail Bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our bar.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the bar is stocked and ready for each service period, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
• Present the bar and lounge areas in a clean and welcoming manner, adhering to our high standards of presentation.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and preferences with a warm and welcoming smile.
• Work collaboratively with the Estate Grill and Tudor Pass teams to ensure seamless service to our guests.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Adhere to our Mystery Guest Standards, ensuring that every guest experience meets our high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.

Requirements

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early and late shifts, totaling 45 hours per week.
• Smart appearance and excellent communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Experience in a quality food and beverage service environment, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
