About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, utilizing your coaching skills to meet the individual needs of our customers.
  • Be a positive role model, promoting a fun and engaging approach to swimming lessons.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for swimming and a love for working with people of all ages and abilities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate, up to £22.00 per hour.
