Swim Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health Reading FWC. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, utilizing the Swim England framework.
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach, promoting a love for swimming in our customers.
  • Have a talent for coaching that meets people's individual needs, helping them to progress and improve.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities.
