Swim Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health Reading FWC. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, promoting a fun and supportive learning environment.
  • Be a positive role model, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Promote memberships by highlighting the benefits of our facilities.
