Cottons Hotel & Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in our rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and Lead the Housekeeping Team
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Guest Satisfaction
    • Respond to guest comments and issues in a professional and timely manner
    • Rectify any problems as soon as possible to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Operations Management
    • Ensure team members are completing their work within set time frames
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the housekeeping department
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure rooms are meeting the highest standards
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
