Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our bank staff. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in a variety of settings, including acute and community hospitals, community rehab teams, primary care, and social care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage a defined caseload of patients, using evidence-based clinical reasoning to develop and implement effective interventions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies, ensuring alignment with Trust objectives and national standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes and staff experience.
