Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Newcastle. As a Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients who require support to manage their mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a community setting
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and interventions to promote patient independence and well-being
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Current registration with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience in mental health settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
