We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of our residential care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care tailored to their individual needs.
The successful candidate will play a key role in operational and financial aspects of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in the overall management of the care home
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies
- Ensure the home is compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with the care team to provide high-quality care and support to residents
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior care role, preferably in a residential care setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
