About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at our hub in Boston, Lincolnshire. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical repairs, testing, and installation works across your dedicated area, ensuring compliance with BS7671 and our Health and Safety Policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake electrical repairs, testing, and installation works to the highest standards
  • Comply with BS7671 and our Health and Safety Policy and procedures
  • Produce accurate data records through PDA/mobile communication systems and reporting
  • Attend Team Briefs, Toolbox Talks, and Technical Bulletins
  • Demonstrate a positive, diverse, and inclusive attitude towards internal and external customers and colleagues
Requirements

The minimum qualification requirements for this role are:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation - Buildings & Structures)
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical systems and equipment (buildings, structures, and the environment)
  • City & Guilds 2360 Electrical Installation Theory and Practice Part 2
  • Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology

Additionally, you must hold an ECS Card - Gold (which can be obtained during probation) and have demonstrated competence in Inspection and Testing, with either:

  • Level 3 Certificate in the Certification of Electrical Installations (inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations)
  • Both the City & Guilds 2394 Level 3 Award in the Initial Verification & Certification of Electrical Installations and the City & Guilds 2395 Level 3 Award in the Periodic, Inspection, Testing, and Certification of Electrical Installations

You must also hold a valid full UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
