Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Care Homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Care Team
    • Drive and run the unit alongside clinical duties in the home
    • Provide clinical guidance to the care team and deliver best practice continually
  • Resident Care
    • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
    • Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
  • Team Development
    • Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals
  • Quality and Safety
    • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation
