Nurture Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Nurture Teacher to join our team at a SEMH School in Rawtenstall. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to ensure the effective delivery of the school's curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans to cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN and challenging behavior
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEN and challenging behavior
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure and overseas police clearances (if applicable)
  • Professional reference checks and a valid right to work in the UK
