Nurture Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Nurture Teacher to join our team at a SEMH School in Rawtenstall. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to ensure the effective delivery of the school's curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans to cater to the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN and challenging behavior
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:
- QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN and challenging behavior
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure and overseas police clearances (if applicable)
- Professional reference checks and a valid right to work in the UK
